Yes. We need a phone number to reach you when the order is ready or when a delivery fails, and that same number is how you sign in.

Email is optional. Add one if you would like written confirmations.

Yes, it happens. Ordering does not reserve stock: the real stock is on the shelf, and the last one can sell to somebody standing in the shop before we get to your order.

When it does, we call you and leave the item out. You are never charged for something you did not receive.

Call us as soon as you can, with your order reference. While the order is not yet packed this is easy. Once it is ready or out with the courier it is harder, but call anyway.

You pay a person, not the site: at the counter when you collect, or to the courier at the door.

There is no online payment. This site will never ask you for a bank card. If something asks you for one in Assil's name, it is not us.

You pay what you saw on the day. Item prices and the delivery fee are recorded on the order as they stood at that moment, and a later price change does not alter them.

We deliver in Djemorah and the surrounding area. The fee is shown on the Delivery page and again at checkout, before you confirm.

If you are not sure your address is in range, call before ordering.

The courier calls the number on the order. If we cannot reach you we either try again or switch the order to collection — we call you either way.

Which is why the number should be one you actually answer.

We hold it for a reasonable period and send a reminder before it runs out. After that the items go back on the shelf — nothing is lost, just call us and order again.

Yes, if they have the order reference. Tell us in advance if you can.

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. We send a code by SMS to your number.

If your number has changed and you no longer have it, come to the shop — we can identify you there.

The site is in Arabic, French and English. Switch language at the top of the page whenever you like.
