How it works

1. Find what you need

Browse the sections or use the search. Every product shows its price and photos; if it comes in colours or sizes, choose before adding it.

2. Put it in the basket

The basket is saved in your browser, so it survives closing the page and coming back later.

3. Choose collection or delivery

At checkout you choose: come and collect, or have it delivered. Delivery needs an address, which you can save for next time.

4. We confirm

You get an order reference — keep it, because that is what we look your order up by if you call. We put the order together and tell you when it is ready.

5. You pay when you receive it

At the counter when you collect, or to the courier at the door. Nothing is paid before that.

If something runs out after you order

Occasionally the last one sells in the shop before we get to your order. When that happens we call you and leave the item out — you are never charged for something you did not receive.
