Who we are
Assil is a stationery and print shop in Djemorah, Biskra Province, Algeria. These terms cover the use of our website and the orders you place through it.
Your account
You need an account to order. Your phone number is how you sign in and how we reach you, so it must be a number you actually use. An email address is optional; if you add one we will use it for confirmations and to help you back in if you forget your password.
Keep your password to yourself. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
Please give accurate details. A wrong number means a courier who cannot find you and an order that comes back to the shop.
Orders and prices
Prices are in Algerian dinar and include what is shown at checkout. We try hard to keep the catalogue accurate, but if an item turns out to be out of stock, or a price is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and tell you why. Nothing has been charged at that point, so there is nothing to refund.
Placing an order is a request. It is confirmed when we accept it.
Collection and delivery
There are two ways to receive an order: collect it from the shop, or have it delivered. The delivery fee is shown before you confirm, and the amount that applied on the day is the amount you pay — a later change to our fees does not change an order already placed.
Orders waiting for collection are held for a limited period. We will remind you before that period ends. After it, we may return the items to stock.
Paying
You pay when you receive your order — at the counter when you collect, or to the courier at your door. We do not take card details and nothing is charged online. If a page ever asks you to pay online, it is not us.
Printing and documents
If you send us a document to print, you are telling us you have the right to print it. We will refuse anything unlawful, and anything we are not comfortable producing.
We treat your documents as confidential. How we store and delete them is set out in the Privacy Notice.
When things go wrong
We do our best to get orders right. If something is wrong with what you received, tell us and we will put it right — a replacement, a correction, or your money back if you have already paid.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will publish a new version and ask you to accept it the next time you sign in. The version you accepted stays on record.
Contact and law
Talk to us at the shop, or through the contact details on this site. These terms are governed by Algerian law.
