The short version

We collect what we need to run your account and get your order to you. We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not track you for advertising.

What we hold

• Your account: your name, your phone number, an email address if you gave one, and the language you prefer.
• Your addresses, if you have ordered delivery.
• Your orders: what you bought, when, and how you received it.
• Documents you send us for printing or for a service request — which may include identity documents, certificates, or school paperwork.
• Technical records: the times you signed in and the device you used, which is what lets you see and end your own sessions.

Why we hold it

To run your account, to prepare and deliver your orders, to contact you about them, and to keep the business records we are required to keep.

We use your phone number and, if you gave one, your email address to tell you things about your account and your orders. We do not send marketing to people who have not asked for it.

Documents you upload

These get particular care, because some of them are the most sensitive things you own.

• They are stored privately, not on a public address anyone can guess.
• Only staff working on your job can open them.
• We keep them only as long as the job needs, plus a short window in case you ask us to reprint. After that they are deleted.

Ask us to delete a document sooner and we will.

Who else sees anything

• Shop staff, to do the work.
• The courier, for a delivery — your name, your phone number and the address. Nothing else.
• Anyone the law obliges us to tell, if that ever happens.

We do not share your information with anybody else, and we do not sell it.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to protect the forms on this site from being submitted by someone else. That is all. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers.

How long we keep things

Your account stays as long as you want it. Order records are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. Uploaded documents go sooner, as described above.

Your choices

You can see and change your name, email and language from your account page at any time, and you can sign out any device you no longer recognise.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Talk to us at the shop or use the contact details on this site.

Keeping it safe

Passwords are stored hashed — we cannot read yours, and neither can anyone who obtained a copy of our database. Documents are private by default. Sessions can be ended from your account page.

If something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you.

Changes

If we change this notice we will publish a new version and ask you to accept it. The version you accepted stays on record.
